These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Culinary AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited conduct)

You must not, among other things:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  • Harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • In “I tried it” posts, misrepresent photos taken at restaurants or created by others as your own cooking.

Article 3 (Paid plans)

Paid plans incur fees as displayed. Payments are processed via Stripe. For cancellation and refunds, follow the Stripe customer portal or in-app instructions.

Article 4 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms when necessary. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
